Why would you come on here and post such a thing anyway? Do they feel good when you lie to people and people beleive them? Thats called a mental disorder.
And eve if they are telling the truth, who cares? good for you, improve yourself. and keep improving yourself. Thats all you can do. Posting your bench press stats gets you know where in life
