This may sound stupid.. but lets not forget acne..
This is a side that strikes all roid users sooner or later.. and you might think.. big deal acne. But Have you ever developed a large patch of deep cystic ACne, that keeps growing and produces more oil then Kuwait.
Add to that Male pattern baldness.. and you too can be a bald headed 24 year old, with acne from head to toe.

I think the worst i had is Inflammatory acne on my chest at the end of my last cycle... with perhaps a few cystic ones... It was quite painful to the touch, but nothing like that dudes cheek though.. yuk.. (but it could happen to you).
Currently I'm dealing with moderate acne on my chest and shoulders and upper back.
