There are several ways I could have split it up. I wrote this on a whim because ive noticed many questions lately, and cycles based on bad advice. These cycles are only some samples, and they are good cycles. You could make any of the cycles a bulking or cutting cycle depending on what compounds you picked. Feel free to add in some cycles. I will add them to the article.
