I just started lifting seriously about 5 months ago, im a sophmore now, and last year freshman year i could barely put 35's on the bench.

im on a lifting program that by the end of this year i should be sitting at about 225 i was thinking of starting to take creatine any thoughts?
by the way i cant squat or do very many leg lifts due to knee injury.
