How you know is little tough because many confuse fat with gyno specially if they had high body fat. Depending on the size, you could tell from the shape or if you feel your breast, do you feel a lump under your nipple. Another way is to see a doctor who can tell you if it is or not.

i can feel a little lump but its small the problem is in the puffy nipples. if i run anabol tablets in low dosage does it help to avoid the gyno effect?
