Don't mind Buff, he always gets emotional about these kinds of things. But, anywho, here are my true, excellent form lifts:
Benchpress: 135 lbs. 8 reps.
Full Squat: 135 Lbs. 10 reps. ASS to GRASS
haven't checked my deadlift yet
Yes, these seem like pathetic amounts to be lifting, but the catch is, I could be doubling my bench, and tripling my squat if I maxed out and used bull**** form, and I if only went parallel on my squat, vs. all the way down, hence ass to grass.
Moral of the story, internet lifts can't really be compared that accurately to each other, because people lie about the amounts they do, and people use bull**** form a lot of the time.
