It depends if it is gyno or just fat. If it is gyno, then yes steroids will most likely increase it. Proper PCT and during cycle precautions may prevent it, but you are basically taking the risk.

am taking anabol tablets not injection does it has the same gyno effect? and is there is anyway that can make me know wether it is gyno or fat?
