That sucks man...
Hopefully it will get into shape pretty quick... Just keep stretching it, hit it with icy hot, a few times a day.

I had some bedroom cardio when I got up this morning at 6:30 am to get ready for the gym.. (Yea I'm that hard core I get up at 6:30am so I can get to the gym early.. lol). No injuryies.. But I was worried I took a little strength out of my legs.
