your tri-ceps are small--need much more heavy tri-cep work--your lowerback is almost non-existant--more time doing deads--you have no middle back thickness or detail--you have zero forearm development---can't see your legs but i'm guessing u don't spend enough time or energy training them otherwise you'd have shown them also looks like you need to do more pike form hanging leg raises....now don't get me wrong-you do have a nice start and you're basicly done if you're planning on becoming a male stripper--but it's time to make a decision..are you wanting to be a bodybuilder or a beach guy??
