I am 5'8 and my body fat is 7.2%. I have been trainng for 3 years now but i went through a lot of trail and error for the first 2 yrs. Once that third year roulled around i just shot up. I keep things simple focusing on alot of compound movements with some machines as well. I do a 3 to 4 day split focusing on moderate to heavy weight. My rep range is 8 to 12 with 2 to 4 sets per body part. To tell you the truth i dont know my stats on my arms and so on but my waist is 30 inch and i am 170 to 175.
