Yes we did try to help her, or at least help her see that she needed the kind of help we could not provide. This happened at another message board as well. She has been banned from both forums so odds are she won't be back here unless she tries to sign up with a different name.
It IS a shame that she has a problem and I do sincerely hope she gets the kind of help she requires.
