I would probably still take it, but only post workout. That is the only time I take mine and the only reason I do is that post workout your body needs protein that can be delivered to your muscles as quickly as possible. I think anyone that is interested in building muscle should have a post workout whey shake with water. Otherwise, though, food protein is best and should be the main source of your total daily protein intake.
