I was going to clubs 6-7 nights a week for a while and it really took a toll on me. Well, Traz, u know what -- this is what happens to me:
Saturday night i go partying, come back around 4am, sleep around 6..get up at 2 in the afternoon. And then, I just cant go to sleep on Sunday night on time, and then this abnormal schedule continues for the rest of the week.
Since I am not working right now, I dont have a damn good reason to wake up early.
The only solution that works is to miss sleep for one night, spend the next day zombying around, then wake up on time the following day.
I really wish I had better control over my sleep patterns

It really plays havoc with my workout and diet, not to mention the stress it brings.
