Hey C.C. - that link to HIT cardio was terrific! Thanks a bunch. I have obviously been overtraining doing 30 mins at a stretch with intervals versus the recommended 15 (in the article on the MM webpage). One thing I am glad for is my instinct telling me to train the way they described...it just seemed to make sense to jolt one's BMR with sprints and recovery phases. I also echo your thoughts on L-Glutamine, although I have a 2 day lactic acid delay at 50 versus a 12 hour lactic acid response when I was in my 20's. I still think Charles Poloquin is onto something "straight ahead" with his nutritional advice and although Jay Cutler and Markus Ruhl both advocate L-Glutamine, I don't know many working stiffs that do 2 a days!*!
