dont do running, its for endurance..
it would make u lose some weight tho, not as quickly as jogging or somethin high intense..but not too high, you want to stay in ur fat burning heart range..
and
hmm
4-5 days a week
20minutes of high intensity cardio burns more than an hour of low intensity...cardio
