I know that I shouldn't have done it at 130, but I did. I think that the diet did have a lot to do with it, but I just wonder about the strength gains. Do you think that they will continue to increase like this. I do feel that I am losing momentum. When I was taking sd I felt like a monster and know I just feel like another day in the gym. But, I am still improving. Also, I have noticed that I am getting acne pretty bad know that I stopped the sd. Any reasons.
