fat loss supp. stack
hey everyone.
i'm 23 yrs old, 230 pounds, 5'11" and I was wondering what would be the best stack to use to lose unwanted fat but keep muscle? I am thinking:
protein powder
l-glutamine
a carb/fat blocker
cortisol blocker
and a diet pill.
any suggestions?
i also work in a warehouse 5 days a week for 4 hours a day, doing intense work. i sweat like a pig, would this be considered cardio? thanks in advance
