No. Do not take 80-100 mcg ! On clen its critical that you build up the dosage brick by brick. Personally I would start with 4 per day spaced out every two hours.

I think the thought of actually using it for human consumption is kinda far fetched. A 20mcg dose would be 400 pills. It's lower dose is because in horses clen is has steroid like effects.

Nope, its awsum clen probably better than any HG clen you can buy, and in horses clen is used to cure a cough just like it is used in bentyln brand inhalers. Clen works like a broncodialator .
