Stomach is flat when I stand up.
O'k this has been bothering me for some time,I did lose a substantial amount of weight.My stomach was pretty big.I did manage to get it down.Everybody has been blown away that I could do it,I feel very good about this.Problem is, it is super flat when I stand up but I notice that it tends to buldge out when doing certain exercises or sitting down,If I push out on my stomach I can see that hideous pot belly from the past,But it sucks back to flatness.Does anyone else have this problem?? I fell as if it is still hiding somehow.
