I will share a secret with you to get big fast, without any research, hard work or knowledge. Canine balls. Dude, just eat one of those a week and you will blow up. Of course to stack that ( stack being a technical term you are new to, but trust me, it means good things) with good products, like Muscletech from GNC and dude...you will bigger than Arnie was in Commando in 4 weeks.
