here is an example: lets say vitamin D helps test to increase protein sythesis at a cellular level (just an example...NOT fact). if we are taking in a lot of test, but keep our level of vitamin D the same, then we are limiting what the test can do.
the mentality what i am trying to convey is "the system is only as strong as its weakest link" if vitamin D runs out before test does, then test is not being maximized.
i know about SHGB binders, but that does not address the "weakest link"
