I love creatine post aas cycles... helps you retain bloat and size and strength coming off aas.
I've loaded before.. but i find it largely unnessecary. I've also used CEE, and found that to take effect within a week.. as opposed to Creatine mono which seems to take 1-2 weeks to kick in.
Last time I cycled it.. I took 5 grams cee pre-workout, and 5 grams mono post workout.
You'll have better up take of creatine with your post workout shake though, I'd almost be inclined to suggest that you'd get more bang for you buck taking 10 grams post workout then you would 5 and 5.... But I'm sure both will work.
I'm a firm believer in creatine, and easily notice it's effects.. I'm good for a few more reps and a few more pounds for sure.
