Again... drink a fuk of alot of water if your using creatine.. 2 gallons a day as a minimum.. 3-4 is better.

10 grams once a day? Somebody told me that I could take 5 twice a day, but I don't know about that. 10g after workout seems sufficient.
BTW, did you load it and do you cycle?
