1. Yes it's normal to be under the 1ml mark.. the syringe does not account for the needle.. and especially slip tips which leave even more room for air. I've never used a pharma grade amp of test yet that left me at the 1ml mark.

2. Yeep that's aspiration... when you pull back, a vacuum is created assuming your not in a vien.. so when you let go, the vacuum will suck that syinge back down to the starting postion. However if you hit a vien, blood would be sucked into the syringe, and upon release the blood would remain in the syringe cause there would no longer be a vacuum.. that's how aspiration works.

Vacum effect of negative pressure. I just did'nt expect it to snap back, I nearly sh1t myself! They dont tell you that in the stickies! LOL.

3. Slow inject.. don't worry about that so much.. If you using a 25g, you won't be able to push it in to fast... just push as hard as you can without shaking to much.... If your shooting your arse with a 22-23, it really doesn't need to take longer then 10-15 seconds.. any longer then that, and you begging to shake around to much. The quicker your in and out the less chance your going to nic something.

I was using 21 to draw and 23 to shoot. Just took my time and tried to keep it still to avoid any muscle bruising.

And yea.. way to go on your first Squat.. lol
