What size pin are you using?
Did you pin yourself? If you move the pin around alot once in it will hurt alot more later. I pinned my left delt and it bruised it so bad it still hurts 4 days later.
Other than using a smaller pin size, man up dude
Also, try massagin the area and using a hold compress after pinning. 400mg test sounds painful so you might just have to deal with it.
