Can anyone tell me that this is good...
Ok I'm new in the game, but all I want to do is gain mass...
Right now I'm taking:
No-explode 30 mins before working out
Then ON %100 Whey mixed with ON Pure creatine 30-45 mins post working
along with Flaxseed oil....
will doing all this help me gain mass if i start working out every other day?
