Okay ... I feel as though Im slowly going back to where I started and im not going to let that happen ... here's the deal people
I got a membership at a gym about 7 months ago. I didnt really change my eating patterns ... I just exercised. Everyday! I did about an hour of cardio and I lifted a bit. Although I think my form was wrong. Anyways ... I started out weighing 135 lbs. I managed to get down to 125 in 3 months. So that was good. My goal weight was 115. I was introduced to a fatburner at my gym that contained 2 ephederine, 1 caffiene and 1 asperin. I tried it out and I was amazed at the energy I had so I continued to use it. Everyday. I used it for about 2 months until I had to upp my dosage to 2 times a day because my body had developed a tolerance towards it. I did 10 hours of intense cardio a day..I walked on incline (as high as it would go) at 5.0 pace and I burned roughly 3,000 calories at the gym ALONE. I took in less than 800 calories everyday. Burning roughly, 16,000 calories a week and taking in less than half of that ... I managed to get down to 96 lbs in less than 2 months. I lost my period, I bruised very easily. I felt weak and suffered from insomnia. 3-4 months later I came home from the gym and I felt really weird. My whole left side went numb so I asked my dad to take me to the hospital and thats when I had to get rid of the ephederine and start doing this the HEALTHY WAY. I got a personal trainer and i started lifting weights. He told me i needed to cut down on my cardio a lot, so no more thabn 40 min a day. And no more than 20 min on weight lifting days. And that I should intensify it. And I needed 2,500 - 3000 calories per day if i wanted to gain some lean muscle mass. As hard as it was, I cut back and I ate more. And I hate it. Because although im seeing results. My thighs feel fat

Why is this. Why have I gained excess fat on my lower area. It looks horrible. Please ... can someone tell me why and i have 26% body fat. .... :\
