I'm 22 and around 180. This will be my first cycle on 1ad. My question is I've been taking m5 kre-alkalyn for about 2 months and time to cycle off for a month. Would it be ok to start 1ad while I'm cycling off of creatine or should I wait till I cycle back onto creatine before starting? If i start the 1ad now, then when it's over I will begin to cycle back onto creatine on my pct. I just don't know if cycling off of creatine is supposed to be just for creatine or if it means cycle off all prohormones/enhancers.
