No, bad idea. After you workout your body needs nutrients and rest ASAP. If you run, you are putting your body into a majorly catabolic state. My rule of thumb has always been to do cardio atleast 8 hours before or after weight training. But warming up on a bike right before training is good, just don't overdo it.
