Deadlifts AGAIn
i know this is probably a well covered topic but from the quick look i had i couldnt see anything about this. plent about form though and im pretty sure my form is good.
Problem is, as i do my lifts i feel fine, i feel i could do a lot higher for my 10 reps (start low i was told). thats all good and i move on. By the time i get to shoulders and do lateral raises my back feels really sore and stiff. The next day i can hardly touch my toes. Its not an outright constant pain the next day. i was just wondering if this is normal as in your chest hurting the next day or if this is a bad sign?? i have stopped deadlifting while waiting for feedback
