I'm not sure I understand what you doing?

WHy would you run t3 for prolonged periods of time.. even if your cycled off?

I've ran it before.. twice actually, and well it certainly works, but I'm trying to remember that first and foremost, diet is most important... So It's my goal not to use it again, until I reach 10%bf or a low enough body fat that such supplementation may become necessary to achieve ultra lean numbers. But that's me.. Who knows.. I often say one thing and do something else anyway.

Anyway, don't mess with your thyroid more then you already have... cycle up a little quicker if you must, but I wouldn't start off high, as you could send yourself into hyper thyroidism, which isn't good. Maintain the ramp down, as is... or even prolong it.
