First Time Cycle
Fixing to start my first cycle of SD
I am 5'5" 202 lbs, My BF% is kind of high in low 20's I have been working out on and off for a year, but as of the last two months I have steadly been going to the gym. 4 Day split!!! On the offical weight in, two months ago I was 214 lbs with 28% BF I have Been busting my ass. Just want some feedback, Should I continue to lower my BF and weight before I start a SD cycle, any advise would be helpful.

Flax Seed Oil 1000mg a day

week 4 Rebound Xt 75mg
week 5 Rebound XT 50mg
week 6 Rebound XT 25mg
