I'm not a fan of working out 5 days a week no matter how you divide that up! why? Because even though you only working out one body part you are using other bady parts as well. For example you working the arms when you do back, no? I'm afraid that your workout is better suited for weight loss than gain. To get bigger and stronger you have to limit how many times you go to the gym. Find a routine that works out your whole body in 2-3 days a week that's it. The rest is sleep and eating.
