A nice easy day today gotta love that.

Just did bench and upright rows didn't feel like doing any plate raises. I did feel pretty tired this morning but this always happens on Mondays as I go to bed extra late.
Bench: 5X5X285 (This was difficult and i will have to be careful about how much weight I add next week. 5lbs is looking good about now)
Bent-over Rows: 5X5X185 (Feels really easy adding 10lbs for next week)
