Basically this is a homemade weightgainer which if u don't like the ingredients u can swap for others but this taste pretty good, u can add honey to protein yogurt and cereal combo for a good weight gainer too

That sounds pretty damn good... I like Honey Bunches of Oats myself. And what if he puts even more peanut butter on some bread?... Just to double or triple the cals. and the 1k mark.
