Tribulus and fenugreek
Hello,
Just wanted to know i have been taking tribulus for about a month now.
I take about a gram a day in tablets.1 tablet in morning , 1 at noon.
Should I lay off of them for awhile or keep going or take more a day?
Should they be taken on off days?
Oh ya fenugreek should it be taken with tribulus during the day or at night?
