Need Advice on win+t3+clen
Hi i am new to this forum, I go to med school out here in the dominican republic, hell yeah the weather is always great. Anyways I have a goal i want to reach. I have been working out for the past few years on and off. And I guess i just let myself go for a while now, and i use to wieght 190, and i did a cycle of winny, and i went up to 210, I got stupid, being a first time user and seeing my freinds and others in the gym use juice. I noticed my strength went up like crazy and i stoped doing cardio as much and also abs, also my eating went up, then all of a sudden i stopped when the cycle ended. but eating was still up,,,and man did i eat. anyways i pretty much let my self go...yeah i got huge, yeah gained muscle, but i got really really fat also...my wieght over the year went up to 240lbs, and I decided i have to do something about this.
so in the past 3 months i have dropped my wieght to 220, and its just holding right over there. I do about avg 45 min cardio 5 times a week and lift weights, i have been doing low weights and high reps....
now how what I do to get my wieght from 220 to my goal 180...i am 5ft 11. i am thinking about using Winstrol ( full 8 weeks 100, 200, 300, 400, 400 300, 200,100) t3 and clen
this is my plan of action

i want to do a min of 20 mins cardio warm up, wieght lift high reps low wieght, and 45 min cardio 5 times a week
is it possible for me to go from 220 to 180..and lose 40lbs, at the same time gain muscular mass.
If anyone has any advice regarding the cycle, and how i should work and tips and suggestions please help me out it will be greatly appreciated.
