Day 1:
Weight=203
All is well......
Diet:
300g protein
400g carbs
250g fats
7am: MRP
9:30am: 4-5 eggs, 2 cups oats
12:30: chicken breast, potato salad, salad, milk
3pm: pure protein 78g bar (30g protein/30g carbs)
5:30pm: turkey sandwich on wheat
PWO: 50g protein, 50gcarbs (give or take)
7:30pm: chicken breast, salad, milk
10pm: MRP
This is just an idea of what my current diet looks like, I will tweak it as I go....
Training:
Tues- Chest/Tris, 15min cardio
Thurs-Back,Traps, Abs, 15min cardio
Sat: Shoulders,Bis, 15min cardio
Sun: Legs, Abs, 15min cardio
