instead of jumping right into the sauce.. why dont you try changing things up.. try doing sets of 3 or 4 reps instead of 10.. write down your numbers.. and eat clean.. your 19, your test levels are still peaking.. theirs no reason to sauce until your 25 or older.. plus try something more on the mild side like Anabolic Extremes Superdrol.. people put on up to 12 lbs on in a 3 week cycle..
