1) yes, it can get the job done. there are many ppl who take it with this.

2) the muscle milk/creatine deal isnt about much and could have some health risks associated with it. so take creatine seperately if you use muscle milk

3) it takes quite awhile for creatine to be absorbed and utlized. taking creatine before a workout will have no bearing on that particular workout.

when we supplement creatine, we are increasing creatine stores in the body. thats why its common to take it after training, when we aim for an insulin response.
