It sounds good and it sounds like its working for you, so you can't argue with results; however, its hard to tell from the outside as you didn't give any details, i.e. Calorie intake, weight, height, bf%, exact exercise program, past experience, etc.

I will say this, I do not know how long your lifting programs are, but doing lifting and cardio 5 days a week is really tough on the system. But if you are replacing 2-3 days of cardio with light cardio work, I think that should be fine with 5 days of lifting.

A good general rule is you should be getting about 4-6 hours of intense working out a week (weight lifting, cardio with Heart Rate above 150). It depends on who you are, your recoverability, and how intense the work outs are. If that isn't providing results add 1-5 hours of light cardio (walking at a brisk pace, yoga, stretching, bike riding, roller blading, yard work, etc.) and that should shed pounds right off.

Good luck and we hope you stay on the board and post your routines and results so that we can all learn.

EDIT: Your diet is very similar to mine. I eat nothing but whole foods and 1 scoop of whey mixed in with my breakfast smoothie. I'll eat a cliff bar (70% organic) and/or extra protein shakes to supplement short comings in my diet for the day. Life gets in the way sometimes.
