First off..Thank you for some good feedback & knowlegde! I'm already seeing results..slow, but progress is being made.
Now: Looking to improve my lower body workout.. Squats: 4 sets, 10 reps, increasing weight each set. usually only get about 8-9 reps during final set. Also, I'm adding a little weight each week to 10 days. Hams: well, using machines here..sorry! same set/rep as squats & adding weight. Butt: machine again, same as above, adding weekly here too. 15 -20 minute light cardio. Can someone give me other Good Lower Body excersizes? lunges maybe?? |

Squats Hack Squat Lunges Leg Press Leg Extension (only if combined with others) Hamstrings Hamstring Raise Goodmornings Romanian Deadlift Stiff Legged Deadlift Leg Curl (only if combined with others) Calves Standing Calf Raise Seated Calf Raise Donkey Calf Raise Follow the links for more. Drop the butt machine - your squatting should take care of that. |

Vass you know this is true! But for most of us gym rats it can be true in everything we do! "bad and good" Yes I'm hard core in everything I do, know in between for me. I'm surprised my heart still beats LOL
