Hello all, because of early work hours, I sometimes do cardio & weights in the early evening around 4 or 4:30. Is this OK & how should I be eating, i.e. (how long after or before) to get good results.
Also, I do squats & recently read doing dead lifts (which I've started) as these are Core excersizes we all should be doing. Are their others I should be doing??? |
