Smile Muscle CRAMPS!!!!!!

OUCH!

Over the past dew weeks I have been experiencing really painful muscle cramps. More in my ham strings than any place else. These are not coming on when lifting. They just happen. These have been getting nastier as time goes on. The worst one was yesterday, i got on the floor to play with my mother in law's dog and almost folded up in a ball.

I am drinking abnout a gallon and a halfof water. My eating is pretty close to
50% protien, 25 carbs and 25 fats (mainly from nuts and EFA's)

Anyone have any ideas? Maybe adding a potassium suppliment?

Are you taking a multi-vitamin? They should have some potassium in them, and bananas are excellent as well. I like a banana pre-workout.
