Hi Gang!
Newbie here... great site!.. just wanted to get your thoughts regarding the best excercises for regaining size & strength in my legs (ie - lost a full inch of my upper legs ). I have had on and off problems with my lower back for the last 20 years but last Feb. it was the worst (had to be taken to emergency via ambulance!). Since then I have not done any liftin and I would like to get goin again... any ideas would be great! Thanks in advance! |
