Default Help for ma daddy's abs :)

Hello, I need a little advice for my dad. He wants to buy a machine for training his stomach/Abs because they don't look too good, now he wants to buy a machine from tvshop, one that I won't advise him to...
Anyone know a good machine or equipment for training abs? it just has to be at an easy level because at 55 years he isn't able to handle to much pressure?
thank you

abs are made in the kitchen.. save the money and get better food. If he's trying to get a good midsection, it's best to improve the diet.

Bump^^ 100% accurate. Cable crunches to add muscle mass or weighted decline sit-ups.

Ye I know that, but the problem is that he is on a diet but doesn't have time to go to the gym...so he needs a little help at home with something

why does he have to waste money on an ab machine? Is his development so advanced that normal crunches on the floor have no effect?

lmao Traps.

you dont need to go to the gym for abs. just lay your a$$ on the floor and crunch. but like hrpiii its all about diet. but if he is to old to handle to much pressure then i dont see how he will do cardio to help get those abs.

why is he trying to get abs at 55? good luck with that.

Pops most likely has to get his body fat into the single digits before the abs will show. Some people (the genetically blessed ones) might see them with higher body fat, but most of us aren't so lucky. That's why what he eats is so important. All the crunches in the world won't do it if the BF is too high.
