Powerstroke will become famous soon enough
Default Strength Suppliments and flexibility

Last year after a long battle with Accute Sarcoidosis which left me a virtual parapaligic for months I started weight training again to help recover and speed my recovery.

On the bench when I started I could not do 50 pounds, I was SHOCKED to see how this devastated me.

After a full year I am now up to 270 on bench and I feel great.

I still need to get flexability back in my hips and lower back, I have tried contacting several fitness gurrus on the net but nobody ever returns my emails, I really need help with this and I have tried and tried but nobody wants to give any advice?????

Anyways, I am wondering about supplements for power, strength, I want to go through the roof now and go past 300,,,,,,, I am working delts, tri's, chest, and back heavy and low reps, but what else am I missing here.

I vowed to myself that by Christmas I would be stronger than I ever was after being so so sick last year, and I am bound and determined to do it.

P.S.

Any advice from you fitness buffs/competitors would be grrrrreat on the flexibility side too..

If I were in your situation, I would ease on over to mightysworld and PM Boyd or John Pinder........both excellent trainers, very reasonably priced, and will help you out.......

Congrats on overcoming the problem. Sounds like quite an accomplishment.
