Default No2

Has anyone had any experience with NO2? I'm on Nitrix now. I get good pumps, but not the perpetual pump everyone is lookin for. I was thinking of trying the $124 GNC NO2. I'm startin up creatine and taurine too now. What would anyone recommend for a taurine dosage? I will say this about the Nitrix - huge increase in sex drive, etc.... - It's great for that.

I think I'm on my 4th brand of NO2. Currently it's Anadrox. I have not found that magic NO2. I had the same luck as you with the Nitrix, nothing wrong with that pump, but wasn't what I had in mind when taking it

I have yet to find a reason to put more than $50 into an NO2 product because the pump is nice, but the overall workout is better. Put that money on a good steak dinner and you'll have better results.

Taurine is going to depend on your workout intensity... say 2-4 gms a day is plenty.

I tired straight AAKG powder and it doesnt do anything for me. The closest thing I get to perpetual pump is from creatine monohydrate. I like it

I tried some NO2 a while back, same results. Good pump, but didn't really live up to the hype or the cost $$.
I had better success with Ergopharms 1-AD which unfortunately is no longer available. And yes most creatine monohydrate or ethyl-ester will boost your energy at a better price. Small downside with the creatine monohydrate is a bit of water retention.

Default NO2 OK if you can afford

I've tried it. It works, but like you've said, it can get expensive. I found that NO-Shogun will do the same. It has creatine and NO2 in it as well as a number of other good things. It usually runs @ $41-42. per container. You would probably pay more for the two.
