Stats week 1:
True waist (at belly button) 35" Pants size 33" pants a little tight weight-181 pounds Effects noticed after one week-date-May 8 A little bloated from creatine loading, noticably less definition but.... libido up strength up all lifts one more rep and 5 more pounds energy much better I started a new job and started Taekwondo, so now I walk 7-9 hours a day (approximately) in steel toe boots and then throw about 200+ kicks (each leg) at Taekwondo. Tired, but less so then I would be without the stack I bet.

True waist (at belly button) 34.5" Pants size 33" pants a little tight weight-183 pounds Effects noticed after one week-date-May 15 Bloating from creatine loading gone, definition improved. libido up again strength up all lifts one more rep and 5 more pounds again! Work threw a loop in, switching to 3rd shift so sliding to 2nd, then a semi-3rd shift to adjust. What a pain in the butt, stack producing gains still though.

True waist (at belly button) 34.25" Pants size 33" pants fit good weight-183 pounds Effects noticed after week two-date-May 22 Girlfriend says my legs are bigger, and they seem larger in pants. Not doing any leg workout except Taekwondo and walking all day. Don't even let anyone say "squats hit all leg muscle groups" libido up again strength up all lifts one more rep no weight added though Work threw a loop in, switching to 3rd shift so sliding to 2nd, then a semi-3rd shift to adjust. What a pain in the butt, stack producing gains still though.

Week 4-last week
Stats week 4: True waist (at belly button) 34.25" Pants size 33" pants fit good weight-183 pounds Great stack, boosts libido, would have had more fat loss except work put me on third shift and I am drinking coffee and cokes like mad. Strength was up two reps and 10-15 pounds on each lift! Libido is like being mid 20's again. Highly recommend for those 35+. Improvements I would do: replacement stack: Rebound Reloaded-better then 6-OXO ActivaTE 7-OXO transdermal-replace the oral DHEA add V12 turbo post workout with the creatine pre-workout I added 8 pounds, probably 3 are muscle and the rest water from the creatine mono. I do better on creatine mono then CEE. Guess my muscle needs the water bloat. Taking a month off then doing the replacement stack. Seems like the creatine mono needs to be reloaded also after one month, so going off it completely for a month.

Have your Dad try the new stack, I was using up stuff that I was saving for PCT before I re-thought my PCT. Rebound Reloaded, ActivaTE, DHEA transdermal, and creatine will give him great results. Have him post the results after a month, I think we will both love the stack but I got a month off to "serve". I already miss my stack, thats how good it is.
Or he can let me test the new stack and use my old one, lol, it worked pretty well, and only good side effects.

Well, getting my dad to do anything takes an act of congress...He wouldn't believe me about Cissus RX for the longest time...I will ask him about it, but I can't guarantee that he will do anything. He likes supps, but he only likes the ones that he knows for himself. It may take a while, but I will start plowing away!

Good Job Bro. Nice log, glad to see that it worked out for you. The replacement Stack sounds better and probably even more effective. I agree with you working night sucks and messes up you're regular routine. Of sleep and eating.

Ordered Rebound Reloaded and Powerfull, may make my own transdermal DHEA or order some, haven't decided yet. Started Creatine Mono loading, still prefer it for weight gain over CEE.
At the beginning of May's stack I was 175, I ended the stack at 183 and kept the weight. After one month though strength gains are halved. I dropped 10 pounds off most lifts, I need to get back on the (better) stack, I can't stand it, rofl. Oh, body fat is even better, need a new belt but I attribute that to my diet. Curse night shift, I start every shift almost with 32 ounces of Coke. Yes baby thats 23 and 1/2 teaspoons of sugar! Okay, no more of that crap, got some gatorade and caffein pills instead. Oh, worse news is I am 45 tomorrow 3 July.
