About a year and half ago I started back with some heavy cardio and back into weight training and it has really paid off. I'm probably leaner and firmer than I have been in 20 years. My question is how many more of me are there out there? How many of you that are over 45 feel 30 and how many of you over 45 are taking supplements such as no-xplode, creatine or whey protein on a daily basis?
I have to agree with you. In my 20's I was in descent shape but never really worked out. then when I hit 35 I started getting a gut and was getting pretty unhappy about my shape. So I started working out. Now that I'm in pretty good shape, I'm kinda pissed off because I get so much more attention from females now than ever before. Which really puts a strain on my marriage because it's difficult to resist the attention I get from other women. Of course it helps to look ten years younger than I really am. I still get carded when I buy liquor. I'm 41 now.

Preach it baby!!!! I'm 40, and in the best shape of my life, and get more girls approaching me "wanting to talk and ask questions about working out" ...of course the wife doesn't see it this way. Kind of a good feeling that the wife is a little jealous, and I have to not make it worse, as she is a great woman. Man I should have started this at a younger age

Glad to see we have a great "mature" representation on this board. Lots of great experience for the young guns.

I agree. If you're young and single and workout on a regular basis, stay single for a while. If I had started working out when I was in my 20's...I can honestly say I probably wouldn't be married today. And like you, I have a good woman. But man it is so hard resisting the temptation of other women. Especially younger women. Sometimes I can just kick myself in the azz.
